Label packages with project name, elevation height, storefront versus curtain wall scope, design wind pressure, finish class, and whether coastal NOA documentation is required. Include glazing makeup and hardware schedule drafts when available.

For retail high-cycle doors, note daily traffic expectations and panic device requirements. Healthcare packages should state accessible clear width and automatic operator preferences. Education and civic atriums should mark long-span curtain wall conditions and security hardware. Coastal projects must list jurisdiction and impact glazing expectations so engineers attach the matching Miami-Dade pathway notes.

When comparing thermal doors against standard entrances for energy code compliance, state climate zone and target U-factor so we do not over- or under-spec thermal breaks that control thermal bridging.
